Profiteroles – fluffy french profiteroles filled with whipped cream, dipped in dark chocolate and served with salted caramel sauce.
Home made ice-creams – any and all flavour combinations available, and served in my unique ice bowl for a big occasion centerpiece.
Roulade range – from meringue roulade with lemon curd to chocolate with raspberries and chantilly cream to orange and vanilla, all of my roulades are to die for.
