Over the years I have perfected a collection of irresistible classic and unique desserts. They are adored by my clients and their loved ones, and usually a mainstay for birthdays, celebrations and occasions of all sorts. Below are a few of my most popular and unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profiteroles<\/strong> – fluffy french profiteroles filled with whipped cream, dipped in dark chocolate and served with salted caramel sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Home made ice-creams<\/strong> – any and all flavour combinations available, and served in my unique ice bowl for a big occasion centerpiece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roulade range<\/strong> – from meringue roulade with lemon curd to chocolate with raspberries and chantilly cream to orange and vanilla, all of my roulades are to die for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
